Sriracha Honey Lime Chicken

This chicken recipe is EVERYTHING. I have been making it for years. It is so easy, quick, flavorful & versatile. This chicken can be made in the instant pot or crockpot. I pressure cooked 4 frozen chicken breasts in my instant pot then threw the meat into my kitchen aid mixer to shred chicken (if you haven’t shred chicken like that before, your life will be CHANGED FOREVER! )

Anyways, I then added the shredded chicken & sauce back into the instant pot, sautéed for a few minutes until thickened & boom. The greatest chicken. Serve in tacos, bowls, salads, wraps. Hot or cold, this chicken is BOMB.

Sriracha Honey Lime Chicken

4 chicken breasts

1/2 cup lime juice

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup sriracha

1 tbsp salt

Cook chicken in instant pot with 1 cup water (mine were frozen so I pressure cooked for 20 mins). While chicken cooks, make the sauce! Mix the lime juice, honey, sriracha & salt in a bowl. Remove chicken from liquid & shred. Discard liquid & add chicken back into the pot. Add sauce to instant pot & cook until all combined. This can also be made in the crockpot by throwing all ingredients in together & cooking on low for 8 hours or high for 4. If you don’t have an instant pot or crock pot, you could bake the chicken, shred & add sauce.
