I am a sucker for Panda Express orange chicken. This recipe is a healthier version that channels all that flavor. I enjoy making this recipe in my instant pot or crock pot but it can easily be made stove top as well!


Orange Chicken
4 chicken breasts, cubed
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup white vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp corn starch
Serve: green onions & sesame seeds
Chop chicken into chunks & add to your crock pot or instant pot. Whisk sauce ingredients together then pour over the chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 in crockpot. Cook for 20 minutes in the instant pot on high pressure. Scoop out chicken and bring sauce to a boil to thicken to your desired consistency. You can also cook chicken stove top and reduce sauce over the stove. Serve with rice, steamed veggies, green onions & sesame seeds.
