Tender & delicious chicken skewers that can be served over rice, potatoes or salad. We love eating these in a pita with all the greek toppings! We BBQ these but you could also pan fry or bake until chicken is cooked through.


Greek Chicken Skewers
2 chicken breasts, chopped into chunks
1 cup greek yoghurt
1 tbsp dried dill
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Chop your chicken breasts into cubes. In a bowl add all the ingredients & mix well. Set aside in fridge to marinate 45 minutes to overnight. Remove chicken from fridge & skewer it. Preheat your grill to medium high heat & cook for 15-20 minutes, rotating every 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
