Greek food is one of my favorite things ever. These burgers are super clean, crazy delicious & packed with flavor. Served on a King’s Hawaiian burger bun (cause CMON they are the best) loaded with tzatziki and lettuce, makes them to die for.
Greek Chicken Burgers
2 packs ground chicken
1 cup feta
2 eggs
1 tbsp mince garlic
1 tbsp dill
1 tbsp salt
Half a lemon, juiced
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
In a stand mixer or by hand, mix all ingredients together until combined. Form into 8 patties. Let chill in fridge for at least an hour (or can make in advance & keep in fridge overnight). Preheat grill to 350/400 & grill for roughly 8 minutes per side. You could also bake these if you preferred at 400 for 15 minutes (or until cooked through). Serve!
