We looooove pork tenderloin. It is lean, juicy (when cooked right) & full of flavor. This crockpot version is super packed with flavor & so stinking easy!
Honey Garlic Crockpot Pork Tenderloin
2 pork tenderloins (I sliced mine in half to fit in my crockpot)
Rub:
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp parsley
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp brown sugar
Oil to sear pork
Sauce:
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup honey (less if you want your sauce not as sweet)
1 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp soy sauce
4 garlic cloves minced
2 tbsp corn starch & water
Combine the rub ingredients and rub onto pork. Sear the pork in a hot skillet until all sides are browned. Set into crockpot while you make your sauce. Combine all sauce ingredients and pour over the pork in crockpot. Cook on low for 3-4 hours (check temp with meat thermometer to reach 165) mine generally take 3.5 hours. Remove pork & thinly slice. Pour the sauce from crockpot into a pot on stovetop & add in the mix of cornstarch & water. Cook on medium high until sauce is thick. Serve over the pork.
