Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Wings

Gosh, I love wings. I love even more that I have nailed baking them (aka way healthier) & you would NEVER know they weren’t fried. I promise.

Crispy Oven Baked Chicken Wings

2 packs chicken wings

2 heaping tbsp baking powder

1 tbsp salt

1 tbsp garlic powder

Garlic Parmesan Sauce

1 stick butter

1 tbsp garlic powder

1/4 cup parmesan cheese (the powdery kind, it won’t melt into the butter!)

Parsley

Preheat oven to 425. Pat wings extra dry with paper towel & put in a bowl. Coat with baking powder, salt and garlic powder. Add a rack to a baking sheet & spread wings out evenly. Bake for 1 hour, rotating halfway through. Broil at the end for a few if you want even crispier. Coat in your favorite sauce! We love buffalo sauce & our homemade garlic parmesan sauce. To make the garlic parm sauce, melt 1 stick butter then mix in garlic powder, parmesan & parsley to taste. Coat the wings in sauce & serve.
