This blueberry smoothie is so refreshing & creamy. It hits the spot when you are wanting something sweet without the regret. Warning, do not give this to a toddler near a white couch… been there, done that.
Blueberry, Yoghurt & Honey Smoothie
2 bananas
1 cup frozen spinach (or 2 cups fresh)
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 cup plain greek yoghurt
2 tsp honey
3 scoops collagen peptides
2 tsp hemp seeds
1 cup ice
1.5 cups milk of your choice (I use oat)
Put all items in a blender & blend! Easy peasy! This recipe makes a large smoothie for my husband and me + a small serving for our toddler. Half the recipe if just for 1!
