These baked apple cider donuts are so darn delicious. We devoured them in a day or two ha! The list of ingredients sounds like it could be intimidating but I promise these are actually quite easy & so worth it!

Baked Apple Cider Donuts
3 apples
2 cups apple cider
1 cinnamon stick
4 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
.5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Dash of cloves
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp white vinegar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp melted butter
1 cup additional cider
Topping
1 cup sugar
3 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp butter melted
Preheat your oven to 375. Chop your apples & cook them down with the apple cider & cinnamon stick until tender. In a bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients together then fold in the cooled cooked apples. Pour batter into a ziplock bag & slice a hole at the end. Pipe the batter into greased donut pans. Bake for 14 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. While they cool, melt the butter & make the cinnamon sugar. Then dip in the melted butter and cinnamon sugar mixture. Enjoy!
